This is a new statue of Helen Keller. It is in the U.S. Capitol Building (Congress) in Washington, DC. Helen Keller is the only child to have a statue in the Capitol Building!
I think this statue is cool. What do you think of the statue? What do you remember about Helen Keller?

ReplyDeleteI like that one she need learn about sign language for word abc etc. i don't know that for statue in H.K., this is beautiful for that one.
ReplyDeleteI've admired her since I was a child and watched the "Miracle Worker" movie each time it was shown. She was a hero for any person with a disability.
